How do you ensure the meals are safe to eat?Our home and independent chefs meet strict food safety standards. They hold active and valid Hygiene Passes, have passed salmonella tests, and their kitchens are thoroughly inspected. You can view their certificates and kitchen profiles on the app.

Can I see where the meals are prepared?Yes! Each chef’s profile includes information about their kitchen, hygiene certificates, and specialties, all visible on the app.

What about allergen safety?We encourage our chefs to provide allergen information for every dish. All our meals are prepared with care, but they are often cooked in kitchens where gluten, nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, shellfish, fish, sesame, and other allergens may be present. Cross-contamination is possible. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, contact our customer service team at +358 458 40 1717 before ordering to ensure your safety.

Can I cancel or modify my order?Yes, on pre-orders you can modify or cancel your order before the 18:00 cut-off time for deliveries for the next day. Changes after this time or on same day orders may not be possible.
