Home cooks and professional chefs with a valid Finnish business ID, legal right to work in Finland, a registered
kitchen, a hygiene pass, and a recent salmonella test can participate. KOKIT offers free consultation services to help
you meet these requirements if needed.
4. How do I register for the competition?
Registration is done via the KOKIT website. You’ll need to submit the necessary documents, and you can request a
consultation if you need assistance meeting the eligibility criteria.
5. What is the daily schedule for participants?
Participants are expected to prepare meals every morning, with food ready by 11:00 AM. Deliveries take place
between 11:30 AM and 3:30 PM daily.
6. How does the delivery process work?
Participants can either deliver their meals themselves or request delivery assistance. If assistance is requested,
KOKIT’s drivers will handle the delivery, ensuring meals reach customers promptly.
7. What type of meals should I prepare?
Meals should be home-cooked or professionally prepared dishes that comply with Finnish food safety regulations.

There’s no entry fee to participate, but participants are responsible for any costs related to obtaining a business ID,
registering their kitchen, or completing health certifications. KOKIT offers free consultation to help with these

If you are unable to cook on a particular day, you must notify the KOKIT team as soon as possible. Consistent
participation is crucial to your success in the competition.
